The vision is targeted to turn Pakistan Post into a self-sustainable, customer-friendly and dynamic organisation by making full use of its nation-wide infrastructure as hub of commercial activity for people living anywhere in the country, the DG said.

The minister advised for creating a customer-friendly environment in the organisation that should be fully equipped to compete with the private sector.

Minister of State for Communications Engineer Shahid Jamil Qureshi, Secretary Tariq Mehmood and senior officials of the ministry and Pakistan Post were also present on the occasion.
