Post Danmark is negotiating bid for Transportgruppen
Post Danmark A/S is conducting negotiations with the owners of Transport-gruppen A/S for the purchase of 51 per cent of the shares in the company. The shareholders in Transportgruppen have accepted to initiate discussions of substance on the basis of an indicative bid made by Post Danmark.
For the time being, a so-called due diligence review will be undertaken, which will determine a possible purchase agreement between Post Danmark and Transportgruppen.
Post Danmark and Transportgruppen have agreed that they will not comment further on the negotiations until the outcome is known, which is expected in a month’s time.
