Australia Post meeting customers evolving needs with new Parcels Post Offices

Australia Post has today opened its sixth next-generation Parcels Post Office in Victoria, expanding access to convenient parcel services for local residents and communities across Melbourne’s south-east as online shopping continues to grow.

Located at 52A Titan Drive, the new Clyde North Parcels Post Office offers customers a more convenient way to send, collect and return parcels, combining in-person support with self-service options. The site features secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers, postage assessment and label printing services, and a vending machine stocked with stamps and packaging.

Australia Post General Manager, Retail Operations South, Kate Foley, said the new Clyde North Parcels reflects Australia Post’s ongoing investment in making it easier for customers to access postal services when and how it suits them.

“Australians are buying, selling, and transacting online more than ever before, spending $21.9 billion online in Q4 FY26. As customer needs continue to evolve, we’re transforming our network to provide greater flexibility, more choice and easier access to parcel services when and where people need them.

“Our Parcels Post Offices are designed around convenience, whether customers are sending a return after work or collecting a parcel outside business hours. By combining in-person support with 24/7 self-service options, we’re making it easier for customers to access the services they rely on,” Ms. Foley said.

Customers can also continue to access postal services at nearby Post Offices, including Clyde LPO, Narre Warren South LPO, Cranbourne North LPO, Cranbourne Park Post Shop and Berwick Post Shop.
