UPS said on 25 February it added about 3,000 new ZIP Codes to its early morning delivery territory in the USA.

The increase for UPS Next Day Air Early AM means UPS now delivers early – by 8:30am. – to more businesses and ZIP Codes than any other transportation carrier, it said.

UPS now has more than 23,000 ZIP Codes with guaranteed early morning delivery service.

“Early morning delivery is crucial for customers who have urgent deadlines or critical shipments across time zones, from hospitals needing supplies in time for morning surgeries to lawyers needing signed documents for legal proceedings,” said Dale Hayes, UPS vice president of US marketing.
