TNT expand Vietnam operation

TNT opened its expanded and re-modelled international and domestic operations centre in Ho Chi Minh City on 23 July.

TNT opened its expanded and re-modelled international and domestic operations centre in Ho Chi Minh City on 23 July.

Next to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the 3,000 square metre facility features technology for freight processing, tracking and security. The previous centre opened in August last year with a third of the space. TNT said the larger facility will help the company to take a key position in support of national trade and development goals in Vietnam.

“Vietnam is fast becoming the world’s manufacturing base for high-tech equipment and garment industry, said Mark van Den Assem, country managing director of TNT Vietnam.
