DHL Supply Chain’s statement of compliance accepted

DHL Supply Chain’s 2009 statement of compliance has been accepted by the Environment Agency, marking the completion of its first year as a packaging compliance scheme operator in the UK. DHL Supply Chain’s packaging compliance scheme was launched in 2009 adding to the company’s portfolio of recycling and energy management consultancy services. Already operating one of the UK’s largest WEEE Producer Compliance schemes, extending its services to include packaging compliance was a natural step.

Richard Long, general manager, DHL Supply Chain Environmental and Compliance Solutions, said: “As the UK’s biggest provider of compliance data services, DHL Supply Chain already has an experienced team of packaging and WEEE compliance experts, nonetheless this is a great team effort.”
