Deutsche post to Acquire Airborne

Deutsche Post may acquire US business (US-Konzern soll ubernommen werden)

Deutsche Post AG, the German post office, is planning to acquire Airborne Express, the struggling US logistics group, according to a press source.

It is reported that the US company’s stock market value stands at $500m, and that it has a free float of 77 per cent. Siemens declined to comment on the report.
