Post Danmark sells Posten Mailhouse

Nov 12, 2001, (Borsen /FT Information via COMTEX) — Post Danmark, the Danish postal service, is selling Posten Mailhouse, its printing and data division, to Stralfors, the Swedish B2B company.

The deal will provide Stralfors with a strong foundation for further expansion in Denmark when acquiring Mailhouse, which records turnover of around DKr20bn. Mailhouse will be merged with Stralfors’s existing operations in Denmark.
