DSV COMPLETES SALE OF DSV PARCEL

Dec 31, 2001 (NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT via COMTEX) — The Danish haulier De Sammensluttede Vognmaend af 13-7 1976 A/S (DSV) has completed its sale of package business DSV Parcel to the Swedish postal services company Posten AB. The sales price is DKK766m, in addition to which Posten is to accept DSV Parcel’s debts to the amount of DKK234m. DSV will use the capital to reduce debts incurred in connection with its acquisition of DFDS Dan Transport Group A/S in 2000
