La Poste chooses YoolinkPro to pilot a new project

The retail business of France’s national postal operator, L’Enseigne La Poste, has selected YoolinkPro to pilot a new internal communications project. YoolinkPro is  corporate social network software. Designed for companies of between 100 and 5,000 employees, it is an efficient way for companies to source relevant information, foster collaboration and create links between different teams.

The platform enables the regulation of feeds for the deployment of the project, improves communication between the different stakeholders and ensures a tranverse activity, centered on the support of the people part of the project.

Over 100 videos have been published, enabling the users to understand better the changes expected and to accelerate the learning of new processes.  Eric Laurent, Communications Manager, initiated this approach and is convinced that a corporate social network is essential to support the change management component of new projects.

150 people have been invited to join the platform. Employees working in the headquarters, in the IT department and in selected Post Offices exchange and share on Clic !
