Exel wins Compaq contract
Exel has won a three year contract to provide Compaq’s Enterprise Business Group with a supply chain solution for its operations in Houston, Texas. Exel will operate a 400,000 sq ft warehouse to act as an inventory hub, provide lineside and local shuttle deliveries and international final product shipping to customers and Compaq partners. CEB provides enterprise technology. Its Houston site handles warehousing for raw material, inbound and outbound transport and finished goods distribution requirements.
