A glance at Zambia’s postal service

The designated postal operator, Zampost, is an organisation like no other and is deemed as the life and soul of communities across the country, as it plays a vital role in the delivery of public services. It is of no surprise that the increase in technology development and the use of the internet as a mode of communication has led to an alternative reduction in the need for the basic postal services such as posting letters through mail boxes.
