Liveclicker offering real-time tracking via email
Liveclicker has unveiled its RealTime Email LiveTracker solution, which enables retailers to deliver real-time package tracking information from FedEx, UPS and USPS in the confirmation email message sent to consumers.
This feature, claimed Liveclicker, “eliminates the need for consumers to click additional links to track their packages”.
The company added: “LiveTracker is the first of its kind to put the power of real-time tracking information into consumers hands by dynamically and proactively offering tracking information via email.
“This unique process pulls tracking update/delivery information from the shipper’s site directly into the confirmation email, providing retailers with an innovative way to connect with their customers in real time.”
