Swiss Post to aquire remaining 10% of Setz Gütertransport AG

Swiss Post is to acquire the remaining 10% of the shares in logistics company Setz Gütertransport AG. This will give the state-owned postal services a 100% control of the firms capital.
Swiss Post bought 90% of the shares back in 1997 from Hanspeter Setz, then the owner of the company. The original purchase was designed to facilitate the provision of complete logistics solutions in addition to purely mail-related services.
Full control of Setz Gütertransport AG is part of Swiss Posts strategy of continuing to build up a strategic position in the international logistics market.
