Parcel2Go.com launches new delivery service for small items

Parcel delivery comparison website Parcel2Go.com has launched a new delivery pricing option for small items. The new service will apply to small items weighing up to and including 1kg, which can be sent across the UK for £2.16 ex. VAT. According to a statement issued by the company today (2 September), the service is “the cheapest option around”.

Commenting on the new service, Robert Mead, Marketing Manager at Parcel2Go.com, said: “Customers’ expectations of delivery are constantly changing, but recently we have seen them become far more demanding. We know from the introduction of Amazon Prime and the reported development of drones that people want their deliveries made faster, but they don’t want to pay through the nose for this service. It’s vital that businesses respond to this. If they don’t, their competitors will.”
