Abaqus launches USPS-certified logistics condition reporting system

Abaqus has announced the launch of an enhanced USPS-certified logistics condition reporting system for freight companies and brokers providing over-the-highway transportation of US mail. According to a statement issued by Abaqus yesterday (6 October): “The myGeoTracking service turns any driver’s phone into a powerful tool for USPS contract compliance reporting, load location, ETA alerts and delivery confirmation.”

The myGeoTracking solution obtains cellular-network location, GPS or WiFi data from a driver’s phone (or other wireless GPS devices), and automatically generates and sends the necessary location reports to the USPS compliance system. The solution works via an App or No-App on the Driver’s phone and supports almost all phones in the United States.

Abaqus also announced that it is now a member of the National Star Route Mail Contractors Association.

Shaili Jain, the CEO of Abaqus, commented: “The Association is the largest such industry group supporting over-the-highway mail carriers, and we look forward to working with the Association and its Mail Contractor members to provide the benefits of our highly customizable USPS-certified Logistics Condition Reporting System.”
