ParcelForce Worldwide extends tracked globalpriority return service to retailers sending items to Australia

Parcelforce Worldwide, Royal Mail’s express parcels business, has extended its globalpriority return service to retailers sending items to Australia. Australia is the first country outside the EU to benefit from this express returns service.

The returned items will arrive in the UK within three to four days of their despatch from Australia.

Improving the returns experience for online Australia shoppers could be a real boon for UK-based e-tailers – as research from Royal Mail’s own annual survey on online shopping, Delivery Matters, found that a significant number of Australian consumers buy items from UK websites.
