UPS introduces COD service in Russia

UPS has expanded its collect on delivery (COD) service in Russia.

Customers will be able to pay their UPS driver directly for their goods in nearly 400 cities and metropolitan areas throughout the Russian Federation.

“We’ve listened to what our customers say they need and we’re pleased to be able to extend COD service to Russia,” said Ivan Shatskikh, General Director, UPS Russia. “After a period of thorough development, COD service is now up and running, in time for the ramp-up to the peak shipping season at the end of the year.”

The COD service is available for domestic shipments. Customers can choose to pay for their goods by cash or credit card.
