Delsol nominated as supplier for Welsh Government

Parcel and pallet specialist Delsol has been named as a nominated supplier for the Welsh Government and public bodies. The three-year deal follows a successful bid by Delsol to join the Hazchem network, enabling the company’s 80-strong fleet to carry products ranging from food colourings to paint, solvents and perfumes.

Tony Parry, who founded the company with co-director Simon Walker, said: “We are extremely pleased that we have been accepted as part of the All Wales Postal and Courier Services Agreement, following a competitive tender.

“It means we will be the first port of call in North Wales for delivery requirements for the public sector, such as government offices, local councils and the health board.”

Delsol also reported annual sales of £7.579m, up 16% on the previous year.
