Mothercare renew contract with Tibbett & Britten

Tibbett & Britten Group plc, the leading UK based international contract
logistics and supply chain management Company, is pleased to announce that
following a review of its warehouse and distribution requirements, Mothercare
has confirmed its partnership with Tibbett & Britten.

The contract has been amended to a two-year rolling contract with a management
fee that includes an element payable against the achievement of performance
measures.

Chief Executive, Mike Arrowsmith, commented:
