An Post Smart Account launched

An Post plans to extend its financial offerings with the launch a new current account product. The roll-out for the new An Post Smart Account is starting this week at larger post offices and will be made available across the Irish post office network later this year.

The Smart account will combine a MoneyBack feature, along with other facilities such as the Smart Account Wallet, a household budgeting tool.

Account holders will be provided with a Smart Account Debit Card in partnership with MasterCard which is accepted across the full MasterCard network internationally, along with access to online payments and a Smart Account App.
