Dsco partners with Shippo

Supply chain intelligence provider Dsco has partnered with enterprise shipping software company Shippo to develop solutions to optimise fulfilment and shipping. In a statement issued on Thursday (20 July), Dsco said: “Through this partnership, Shippo’s normalized shipping carrier data, including full shipping lifecycle visibility, will be combined with Dsco’s own standardized inventory and order data to provide valuable insights to Dsco’s client network around spend efficiencies in the fulfillment stage of an order.”

Founded in 2012, Dsco provides retailers and suppliers with a platform to exchange critical data about inventory, order lifecycles, and the aggregated intelligence around their partnership.

According to Dsco: “By combining Shippo’s unified API structure with Dsco’s standardization of key supply chain data, Dsco’s clients will be equipped with the information needed to make better informed decisions about which carrier and service levels they should use to improve shipping efficiency, customer satisfaction, and bottom line performance.”
