Emirates Post Group “enhances postal services in time for P.O. Box renewals”
Emirates Post Group has announced that it is enhancing its postal services in time for P.O. Box renewals.
In a statement issued on 27 December, EPG said it has recently undertaken a “positive restructuring of its product offerings providing enhanced services and experiences”.
EPG added: “Customers can now avail of these services when renewing their Post Office Box subscriptions. EPG encourages customers to renew their P.O. Box subscriptions before 31 st January 2018.”
Obaid Mohammed Al Qatami, Acting Chief Commercial Officer of EPG, commented: “Emirates Post Group is constantly looking at strengthening its products and services. Ensuring that our offerings combine convenience and efficiency echoes the wants and needs of our customers.
“We are investing in our outbound and inbound postal and logistical solutions to provide value-added services that will support individuals as well as the operational needs of businesses.”
Companies can customize their P.O. Box rental services and can also subscribe to Ezimail to have their mail picked-up and delivered directly to the registered P.O. Box or office location. There are three options: Gold – allowing for six weekly pick-ups and deliveries, Silver – allowing for three and Bronze – offering one weekly mail pick-up and delivery.
Individuals can also customize the way in which they receive their post. Customers living in a villa can choose the MyHome option to have their mail picked-up and delivered either once or twice a week – based on subscription package – to a dedicated P.O. Box installed at their villa gate/door. In addition, MyPost has options to deliver mail to an EPG Post office or P.O. Box shelter nearest to one’s home or work address. Mail can also be delivered to a dedicated P.O. Box within a participating residential building with a set of mailboxes at reception.
Emirates Post Group said it has also enhanced its domestic and international door-to-door courier services.
