Consignia and the Communication Workers Union have reached a draft agreement over the details of the postal operator’s plan to change mail deliveries. The agreement, after months of negotiation, paves the way for an imminent start to 14 nationwide pilot tests of the arrangements that include scrapping the second post delivery and a longer first post delivery.
