Read MoreLa Poste and FedEx have done a deal to co-operate on collection and delivery services. La Poste says the deal might be extended to cover its Post Office partners in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece; some sources expect an announcement about this in the next few days. La Poste’s express subsidiary Chronopost used FedEx for international traffic to and from France and FedEx used Chronopost for deliveries and collections in France. The deal is now being extended to Germany; the UK; Belgium; the Netherlands; Italy; Spain; Portugal; Ireland; Austria; Switzerland; Sweden; Denmark; and Norway. Each operator will continue to collect and deliver for its won customers. La Poste previously worked overseas with TNT Post Group
