Read MoreCzech Antimonopoly Office (UOHS) approved the acquisition of local parcel logistics company PPL CZ by DHL, the express and logistics unit of German postal service group Deutsche Post, it was reported on January 23, 2006. PPL CZ will remain the second largest express service provider in the country, after local postal services operator Ceska Posta, according to the competition watchdog.
