Business Post has acquired BXT a technical courier for GBP1.8m. BXT has a turnover of GBP4.3m and pre tax profit of GBP0.3 million. (The consideration of £1.8m = 6 times the pre tax profit). The acquisition of BXT provides Business Post with an entry into the technical courier market as a value-added addition to the Group’s own expanding courier
