This years edition of the Europroduct competition has just finished. This service is available only for regular Masterlink clients, who have signed agreements with the company. The service is realized in compliance with a specially created procedure. The customer, when ordering this service, is certain that Masterlink will preferentially treat his/her parcel, which during the whole process of shipment is monitored and is additionally distinct from other parcels by a differently marked envelope. The importance of such a parcel is also underlined by the instant communication within the company, which means providing the customer with information about the successful delivery maximum 2 hours after the service realization.
