The express operator was judged the “most customer-friendly service company in Germany” category in an annual ranking of 100 service providers. TNT Express was the only transport and logistics company in the top ten of the ranking compiled by the University of St Gallen, Steria Mummert Consulting and business newspaper Handelsblatt. In France, the company’s international customer service won a silver medal at a recent European customer relationship congress in the category of phone-based B2B customer relationships ahead of 120 other companies.

Royal Mail executives are confident that they have a strong number of registrations for shares and may release the number on Monday.
