Read MoreMark Dorazio, a 20-year veteran of UPS, has accepted a position as Director of Sales for the UPS North Ohio District. In his new role, Dorazio will direct all sales and marketing activities in the northern-most portion of Ohio with a population of more than 4 million.
Dorazio, who will be based in Cleveland, most recently served as senior marketing analyst in UPS’s Northeast Region, covering deliveries throughout New York City. He began his UPS career in 1987 working part-time in customer service and later became a delivery driver. He then moved through a series of jobs with increasing responsibility in sales and marketing.

– Correos’ website for agencies (consolidators and lettershops) addressing the need to
– manage the new contracting framework for agencies with Correos
– The implementation of RFID in parcels – results of a five-month trial
– CRM as a tool for getting customer loyalty from customer data integration.
Correos will present other projects and initiatives in the event as the mobility project for the parcel deliveries and new solutions for the international parcel industry. Raul Ruiz, sub director of Internet technologies will present the internet solutions for improving the relations with partner companies.
Carlos Rosa, responsible of Correo’s Internacional Unit will chair the Courier & Parcel Logistics event, which is in parallel with Post Expot. Mr. Rosa will present innovative solutions for the parcel in B2C business and will present the different initiatives of postal organizations like UPU, PostEurop, IPC. MEDICIS project is an example of these initiatives, which focus on duty exchange of information between different international posts.
He mentioned the electronic communications, globalization and the services demanded by immigrants as main topics and trends in the postal sector. This is the case of Spain, which postal market has increased 47 pct in the import deliveries and 32 pct in the international deliveries from Spain.
