Management of Seur, the Spanish urgent delivery group, has reached an agreement with Geopost, logistics subsidiary of French post office La Poste, in order to prevent investment groups Bridgepoint and JP Morgan Partners from entering its shareholding.

This is the first time that staff of the company’s 19 regional financial service centres will be able to say whether or not they are prepared to accept the creation of the new postal bank.
