Mory Group strengthens its positions in North Africa

In order to strengthen its position in North Africa, Mory Group –which is already managing a logistics warehouse in Tunisia- just opened a new warehouse located in Casablanca, Morocco.

The Governor of the Moroccan King as well as numerous local officials was there, in order to inaugurate with the CEO Alain Beau, on the 14th of June, this new tool which is at the state of the art.

It is a real bet on future that is done today, which becomes reality trough the opening of additional 10,000 square meters. This customs-friendly warehouse allows Mory Group to offer its customers (from the textile industry, as well as pharmaceutical and automotive ones) services such as accustoming, transit and goods moving.

Mory Group thus offers its customers, through its Mory LDI subsidiary, a global offer, in the scope of an integrated network, which will guarantee to pursue the 30 to 40 pct growth from latest years.

Reorganization of the MORY TEAM Management Team

The Chief Executive Officer, Alain Bréau, has just implemented a new managerial team, on the beginning of this year.
He is now helped by:

– Lionel Radenne, new General Manager of the MORY TEAM network (replacing C. Thiébaud-Girard who left the company)

– Jean-Christophe Bernard, new Production Manager, in charge of the transportation plan and technical means

– Wim de Klerk, new Manager for International Activities, who takes the leadership on the International Platforms

– In addition, Francine Creyf is Sales Manager, and Serge Aréguian Supply Chain Manager

Mory Group keeps widening in Europe

Mory Group keeps widening in Europe and took a 50% participation in the capital of the Dutch Europa European Express Services company.

Based in Rotterdam, Europa European Express Services (E.E.E.S) is a specialist in the maritime routing coming from Asia, and reached an 11 million Euros turnover last year.
It also has activities in road transport and logistics activities, thanks to a 12,000 square meters warehouse (27,000 logistics orders managed per year, 9,000 pallet places racked, plus a 4,500 square meters cross-docking area).

Its teams are able to handle several hundreds of shipments per day in the Netherlands and in Europe: 42,000 international road transport shipments per year, 7,800 sea freight shipments, 22,500 courier shipments, and 16 owned delivery vehicles for the Netherlands.

E.E.E.S. strengthens in sea freight transport and opened, in December 2006, a subsidiary in Anvers, as a partnership with Mory Europa Belgium.

Mory Group in partnership with Europa European Express

The French Mory Group has started a partnership with the British firm Europa European Express in the trade with the UK and Ireland. it has also taken over the French Company Europa SCA Express with branches in Lyon, Nice, Roissy and Toulouse (Express group services, logistics for high-tech goods).
