Pallet network Pall-Ex has formed a strategic alliance with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics to give its members and customers pan-European coverage.
Pall-Ex has existing partners in Germany, Scandinavia and Spain and has been trunking into Europe on an ad hoc basis. From 2 August, it will offer a scheduled five-nights-a-week service available for quarter, half and full pallets.
Pall-Ex has launched Pall-Ex Europe, a full European service, in a partnership with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. The service will complement its existing partnerships in Spain, Germany and Scandinavia, says the network. Pallets will be transported to the Pall-Ex central hub in Leicestershire for onward trunking to Hellmanns hub in Niederaula, north-east of Frankfurt, from where HWL will deliver to all European destinations.
