Twente Express, the West-Midlands member of pallet delivery network Pall-Ex, has built a 500 sp meter transhipment area and loading bay for double deck trailers at its Brownhills depot.

JDR joins Pall-Ex network
Birmingham-based transport and warehousing company JDR Distribution has joined the Pall-Ex (UK) palletised freight network which now has 72 members.

Edinburgh-based pollock (Scotrans) is the latest company to join the Pall-Ex palletised freight network. The family-owned transport and storage company, which has a fleet of 100 vehicles, specialises in full and part load distribution. It operates out of two Scottish depots and has a subsidiary company in London. Commenting on the decision to join the Pall-Ex network, Mark Jackson sales and development manager for Pollock (Scotrans) says: We have always been struck by te professionalism of the Pall-Ex hub team and the commitment shown to the network by each of the members.
