Deutsche Post reaches agreement with smaller rivals

Deutsche Post, the German postal service operator, has reached an out-of-court settlement with smaller rivals in a dispute relating to certain sectors of the market for the delivery of letters. The company is said to have promised to put forward a contract for approval by April 25 at the latest. A spokesman for Deutsche Post has confirmed that the agreement relates to postal service operators Deniz, Pin AG and DirektExpress.
