West Midlands based JTA Pallet Distribution Ltd has recently joined Pall-Ex, the UK’s largest overnight palletised distribution network, and will operate in the DY and WV postcodes. Formed over 20 years ago and with in excess of 20 vehicles, JTA regularly travels to all the business and industrial centres of the UK, Europe and the Eastern Bloc.

Launched last week, the service covers the whole of Germany and will initially include with at least three departures a week from the UK. Transco will bring in pallets to Pall-Ex’s Leicestershire-based hub for onward distribution in the UK via the Pall-Ex network and will collect shipments from Pall-Ex, take them to its hub in Düsseldorf, the main centre for Pall-Ex Germany. Goods are then distributed throughout Germany either by Transco’s direct connections or via the CTL network, of which Transco is a member.
