Xerox has awarded TNT Logistics in the UK a three-year contract to manage the company’s critical spare parts operation.
The contract involves the management of the London central parts warehouse and delivery to Xerox engineers – typically within 40 minutes in central London. TNT Logistics is also responsible for the delivery to engineers of spare parts located in 30 strategic stores around the country.

TNT Logistics will take over EMI’s logistics and distribution activities, which are currently managed in-house in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid where EMI stores music CDs and other materials and prepares the orders for its clients in Spain and Portugal. The work involves picking, packing and shipping of EMI’s CDs, music cassettes and DVDs and shipping them to the sales point in the Iberian Peninsula.
