US DOT extends deadline for DHL decision

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced Monday that it has set Oct. 31 as the deadline for the administrative law judge hearing the DHL Airways ownership case to reach a decision. Chief administrative law judge Ronnie L. Yoder had requested an extension until Nov. 24. The original DOT deadline was set at Sept. 2.

UPS Board Sets Dividend

The Board of Directors of UPS, at its regularly scheduled meeting, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 21-cents per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares. The dividend is payable on June 3, 2003, to shareowners of record on May 19, 2003.
