Escher shows its commitment to Asia Pacific region

Escher, the company transforming postal and courier markets with its customer engagement platform, is opening a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With an existing office in Singapore, this will mark Escher’s second location in the Asia Pacific zone as it continues to invest in the region to support its current customers and future growth for the company.

“Our Kuala Lumpur office is the first of many strategic investments, not only throughout the APAC region, but globally, as we continue to grow and add regional expertise and resources to provide optimal support for our customers,” explained Rodrigo Medgenberg, Chief Sales Officer, Escher. “This new office in Malaysia further demonstrates our commitment to all customers in the Asia Pacific region. We truly look forward to working with all postal operators and couriers in the area, helping them transform their point of service operations to better meet the needs of the modern customer.”

Kuala Lumpur is the capital and largest city in Malaysia, with a population of over 1.8 million. Serving as a sales hub for the region to support its customers across the Asia Pacific zone, Escher’s latest office will complement the company’s existing delivery and services centre of excellence in Singapore.
