Mail Boxes Etc. Australia: customers can check their mail at anytime, from anywhere,

Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) Australia have launched an online virtual postal mail management service allowing customers to use a secure cloud-based platform to view and manage their mail anywhere in the world.

The new digital mailbox software platform will give MBE business centres and mail centre franchisees the ability to offer customers a Digital Mailbox in minutes, all from a smartphone app.

Clayton Treloar, MBE Australia CEO said: “This is going to be a game-changer in the virtual address, mail and package solutions area. It will give customers access to their mail without coming into the centre. So that means customers won’t have to drive to their PO Box or wait until they return from a trip. Plus, we all want to continue to be cautious in this ongoing pandemic, which makes this new service ‘non-contact’. Businesses will also be able to benefit too! We’re really excited about this launch and believe it’s going to be hugely successful, especially during these uncertain times and the shift to online.”
