UPS declares quarterly dividend

The UPS  Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.01 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.

The dividend is payable on September 9, 2020 to shareowners of record on 24 August.

On 30 July, UPS announced a second-quarter 2020 consolidated revenue increased of $20.5 billion, which was an increase of 13.4% from the second quarter of 2019.  Net income was $1.8 billion for the quarter; adjusted net income was $1.9 billion, 8.8% above the same period in 2019.  Operating profit was $2.2 billion, and adjusted operating profit was $2.3 billion, up 7.4% compared to last year’s second quarter.
