Appointments: Brewer moves to Pos Malaysia
Pos Malaysia Bhd has named Charles Brewer as its new Group Chief Executive Officer effective Aug 1. Prior to this appointment, Brewer was the chief operating officer of Canada Post, based in Ottawa.
Brewer was appointed to the post following the departure of Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor in June.
Pos Malaysia chairman Datuk Seri Syed Faisal Albar said as Brewer’s global experience, and his extensive knowledge of the Asian market bodes well for Pos Malaysia.
“Pos Malaysia delivers across the globe and Brewer’s experience in Europe, Americas, Africa and of course Asia will be helpful for the company,” he said.
