willhaben and Austrian Post Launch 24/7 Parcel Locker Delivery

Austria’s largest digital marketplace willhaben, together with Austrian Post, is now offering its customers a new receiving option that is directly integrated into the sales process.

In the course of the purchase process, buyers can have the parcel delivered directly to one of the more than 1,600 post offices available 24/7 if they wish. In doing so, Austrian Post wants to intensify its cooperation, which has already produced innovative solutions such as PayLivery – the convenient combination of payment and parcel stamp.

Direct delivery to post offices has another advantage for buyers: If you want to be particularly careful with your personal data and not give your own address, partial anonymisation is possible by delivering to a post office. Only the name appears on the automatically generated parcel label, instead of your own address, only the address of the post office can be seen.
