Dutch postal, express and logistics company TNT Post Group NV (TPG) (NYSE:TP – news) said on Friday it had bought a 90 percent stake in CD Marketing Services Group (CD), gaining a foothold in the UK mail distribution market.
CD, the holding company for Circular Distributors Ltd and Lifecycle Marketing Ltd, reported turnover of 50 million euros in its last financial year.
No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
