TNT Express Russia secures Investor in People accreditation
TNT Express Russia has again received the “Investor in People” accreditation for its good practices in employee training and development. Reassessment took place during October this year. Auditors interviewed 80 employees out of a total 800. Their report pointed out the existence of internal promotion opportunities.
TNT Express Russia indeed fills 81% of management job vacancies internally. TNT’s Russian unit initially received Investor in People accreditation in 2002. It is, to date, the only company in the country to have the recognition.
