OPS Logistics Consultancy has launched a new service to help businesses to optimise and streamline their mail requirements. The Mail Health Check is a fixed rated consultancy solution designed to review an operation against precise business needs and analyse the effectiveness of existing mailroom infrastructures.
The Mail Health Check is intended to avoid high costs and will provide a report analysing a company’s mail operation for both transactional and marketing purposes to identify specific options, improvement areas and potential savings. It will identify areas of potential improvement such as capitalising on volume related discounts and exploring alternative means of mailing.

OPS Logistics Consultancy is a new name in the supply chain sector having previously operated as Oracle Logistics Consultancy. The company has rebranded this year following a legal dispute in the US with software business Oracle.
