PTT Post Must Provide Access to P.O. Boxes

PTT Post, the Dutch mail company, should give rivals on the corporate market access to its post office boxes (PO Boxes) under reasonable terms. The Dutch telecoms and mail watchdog Opta decided this on Wednesday in the conflict between mail distributor MailMerge and PTT Post. Opta ruled that MailMerge should be given access to the PO Boxes within two weeks.
