Service Delivery Agreement

This document summarises Postcomm’s principal commitments concerning the way in which the department is to be managed. These commitments are offered in return for public funding. This is therefore a key management document and has been written in straightforward language so as to be accessible to Parliament, the general public, Commissioners and staff.

POLICY and STRATEGY
At this early stage in its development, Postcomm is putting a high proportion of its effort into developing soundly-based strategies and policies. This work is supported by the awayday, consultation procedures and learning and development systems mentioned above. Considerable further detail is in the Business Plan and consultation documents on Postcomm’s web site.
