FedEx scoops operator award

FedEx Express has been named the International Express Operator of the Year for the second consecutive year at the 2010 World Air Cargo Awards. FedEx received the highest number of votes in an open on-line voting system in product innovation, market coverage and service standards.

“This award reflects FedEx continuous efforts to innovate and deliver better services to our customers. More importantly, it recognises the combined efforts of every FedEx employee who committed themselves to ensuring that every FedEx experience is outstanding,” said David Cunningham, Jr., president, FedEx Express, Asia Pacific.
