New appointments at Collect+

UK-based Collect+ has appointed a new customer services director and a national sales manager to its growing team. Mark Lawrence has joined Collect+ as customer services director, having worked in the logistics and supply chain sector for over 20 years. Lawrence will focus on development of all aspects of operations and service.

Prior to joining Collect+, Lawrence was head of UK operations for Marks & Spencer where he was responsible for all non-food logistics in the UK, including e-commerce fulfilment and furniture home delivery as well as store replenishment.

Richard Tucker joins the business as national sales manager. Tucker brings a wealth of knowledge  about fulfilment, e-commerce, FMCG, retail returns management and supply chain having worked for companies such as Unipart, Oakley, WH Smith, Jessops and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen.

He will continue the development of Collect+’s retail partnerships, alongside the expansion of a new relationships within 3PL, fulfilment outsourcing and multichannel commerce.
